2:1:1 Formula:

- 2000 mg of Leucine for protein synthesis and muscle growth

- 1000 mg of Isoleucine to boost energy levels, improve endurance, and help speed up recovery times

- 1000 mg of Valine to stimulate muscle growth, help in tissue regeneration, and the making of energy
