As a Battle Fuel ambassador, you’ll have the chance to represent a company that is dedicated to providing the fuel you need to reach your golden goals. What is expected of you?

As a brand ambassador for Battle Fuel, you’re expected to promote Battle Fuel and its products using your specialized code. At Battle Fuel, We do not force posts or stories to promote products. We give you the freedom to choose how to promote. You will be compensated based on the amount of sales you achieve. The more sales you get, the higher you will climb the tiers. You will be entered into a group chat with other Ambassadors and the Battle Fuel management to receive information of upcoming products and sales, as well as a place to find ideas and communicate with other ambassadors. 

Tier 1: 5% commission

Tier 2: 10% commission

Tier 3: 15% commission

Tier 4: 20% commission

Athlete: 20% commission (reserved for athletes)

Tier Progression

Tier 1 to Tier 2: You need to achieve 50 sales using your code.

Tier 2 to Tier 3: You will need to achieve 150 sales using your code.

Tier 3 to Tier 4: You will need to achieve 250 sales using your code

Tier Athlete: Is obtained by athletes recruited in the ambassadorship program, Whether amateur or pro. Athletes start in this Tier if they have high credibility

Perks

As a brand ambassador for Battle Fuel, you will receive many perks.

You will receive your entire first purchase 35% off. This can only be used once.

You will receive a personal use code for 20% off every item. You cannot share this code with anyone. You can however purchase items for friends and family with this code, if you are the purchaser. Any violations will end in immediate termination from your role as brand ambassador.

Commission: You will receive commission based on tiers. All ambassadors will start on Tier 1 with 5% commission.

Freedom to promote: We will not give you scripts or post requirements. You are free to promote the products how you want. If you need help with ideas, you can contact us at info@battlefuel.us or via the ambassador chat.

Advertising: As a Battle Fuel ambassador, you may have the opportunity to be featured in our advertising campaigns, website, and on our official social media pages, showcasing your dedication to fitness and an active lifestyle.

Bonus Pot: As a Battle Fuel ambassador, we will put another 5% of all individual sales using specialized codes into a pot. You will receive your individual pot based on milestones:

Milestone 1: 100 sales

Milestone 2: 250 sales

Milestone 3: 500 Sales

Milestone 4: 750 sales

Milestone 5: 1000 sales

Signing This Agreement

By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to the Terms of Services. This contract doesn’t have a termed length agreement like many other ambassador contracts. Instead, your length of the contract is determined based on performance and participation only. We reserve the right to cancel our agreement with you at any time should we feel that you are representing us in a distasteful manner or violating our terms of service. Battle Fuel Ambassador Program Terms and Services

1.        Eligibility: To be eligible to participate in the Battle Fuel Ambassador Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have an active social media presence.
2.        Responsibilities: As a Battle Fuel ambassador, you are expected to represent the brand in a positive and professional manner. This includes creating and sharing content on your social media platforms that promotes Battle Fuel products and encourages others to try them.
3.        Compensation: Battle Fuel ambassadors will receive compensation in the form of product discounts, free merchandise, and other incentives as determined by the company.
4.        Term: The ambassadorship is not based on a fixed term, but rather on your performance and participation as a Battle Fuel ambassador. Battle Fuel reserves the right to review your ambassadorship at any time and may choose to renew or terminate it based on your level of engagement and the quality of the content you create.
5.        Termination: Battle Fuel reserves the right to terminate your participation in the ambassador program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to failure to comply with these terms and services or any actions that may harm the reputation of the brand.
6.        Intellectual Property: All content created by you as a Battle Fuel ambassador, including but not limited to photos, videos, and written posts, becomes the property of Battle Fuel and may be used by the company for promotional purposes.
7.        Confidentiality: As a Battle Fuel ambassador, you may have access to confidential information about the company and its products. You agree to keep this information confidential and not share it with any third parties.
8.        Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Battle Fuel, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from your participation in the ambassador program.
9.        Code Sharing: As a Battle Fuel ambassador, you will receive a personal 20% off discount code to use on Battle Fuel products. This code is for your personal use only and may not be shared with others. If it is determined that you have shared your code with others, your participation in the ambassador program may be terminated immediately.
10. Opportunities for Exposure: As a Battle Fuel ambassador, you may have the opportunity to be featured in our advertising campaigns, on our website, and on our official social media pages. This is a great way to gain exposure and showcase your dedication to fitness and an active lifestyle. However, being featured is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Battle Fuel.
11.        Permission for Use of Content: By agreeing to these terms and services, you willingly offer legal permission for Battle Fuel to use your posts and stories for advertising and promotion purposes.
